A newly renovated, approx. 20 m² room in the basement of a detached house.
The bathroom is shared by two to three people.
The kitchen can be shared by arrangement with the hostess.
Breakfast is available on request, the price per breakfast is Euro 5.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

The streetcar stop is approx. 2 minutes’ walk from the building.
