It is a simple and cozy 3-room apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor of a detached house.
On the 1st floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower/WC.
On the 2nd floor (attic) there is a bedroom with a double bed and a guest room with a single bed and shower/WC.
A washing machine is available in the cellar.
Use of the garden behind the house with the other tenants is possible.
There are very good streetcar connections to Heidelberg and Mannheim.
The streetcars run every 10 minutes.
The streetcar stop is a 5-minute walk from the house.
Heidelberg is approx. 9 km away and Mannheim approx. 20 km.
The urban area is almost completely surrounded by the city district of Heidelberg, with Eppelheim bordering the districts of Wieblingen to the north, Pfaffengrund to the east and Kirchheim to the south. To the west is the municipality of Plankstadt, which belongs to the Rhine-Neckar district.
